In 2001, the Human Resources Certification Institute, the national credentialing body for HR professionals, certified Mrs. Ray as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She also earned Faith-based Counseling and Licensed Re-entry Crisis Counseling Certificates from Therapon Institute which is recognized by the Texas State Board of Social Workers, the Texas State Board of Examiners of Family & Marriage Counselors, the Texas State Board of Examiners of Licensed Professional Counselors, and the Texas State Board of Alcoholism & Drug Addiction Counselors. She is also a member of the United States Women’s Chamber of Commerce. The Noble Groups is recognized by the City of Houston as a Minority Woman-Business Enterprise and HUB enterprise.
