Before Administaff, Mrs. Ray possessed 15 years of non-profit workforce quality and strategy development experience. Her formal career development in the non-profit arena began in 1983 with the University of Texas Health Science Center. Within two years, she was recruited by the 6th largest blood bank in world, a Texas Medical Center institution, as an HR assistant. Within 2 years, she had been promoted to her first management role as a Director, HR reporting to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Ray served in high impact management functions, including recruiting and workforce development, organizational development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, measurement and evaluation. She was responsible for strategy development in human resources and implementation of a $25 million staff budget until being recruited by Administaff as a Senior HR Consultant in 1998.
