This computer-based program provides
information in the following areas to accelerate the learning process for a
new sales employee: An introduction to Allied Waste; Waste Streams/Facilities;
Service Offerings; Safety; Compactors; Pricing Fundamentals; Service
Agreement/Antitrust; and Sales Effectiveness.
•8-9 week Computer Based Training
and Performance Management
This program will focus on the
fundamental coaching/performance management skills for sales management. They
learn the importance of Planning; Coaching; and, Evaluating performance. In
addition, they learn the value of recognizing desired performance by understanding
the impact of recognition upon the behavior you want employees to repeat.
•2 day Classroom Training
Start to Sales
Session will focus on an introduction to the
"Jump Start to Sales" six to nine week training program for new sales
employees. This session will lead the District Sales Managers/Sales Managers through the
process from the recruitment of sales personnel to certification upon
successful completion of the training.
